Description:
Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Amersham area. This well established client of ours have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their dispute resolution team. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has worked within a customer focused team, handling complaints through to resolution, as well as some leadership experience.
This opportunity is a hybrid based opportunity, however the successful candidate will need to be within a commutable area of Amersham, as they will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days a week.
Salary - £30,000-35,000 depending on experience
Some of the duties will include:
- Manage and allocate cases, ensuring that complaints are processed within 30 working days
- Gather supporting documentation to investigate complaints, trace case progress through the database
- Analysing evidence provided by all parties and drafting clear explanations for the decision reached
- Identify instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of complaints and relevant documentation in the database
- Supervise the team in absence of the Service Manager
- Providing guidance and opinions on complex cases and queries within the team
- Build and present PowerPoint presentations summarising case outcomes, service performance and trends
Interpret data and statistics to provide insights and recommendationsRespond to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within a busy customer service complaints handling environment
- Previous experience of working with PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a heavy workload
- Great team player
- Positive with a proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
