Description:

The D&I Delivery Specialist will support the Director of Delivery in the execution of the D&I strategy throughout internal and external stakeholders. This role will be regionally focused, requiring a deep understanding of local needs, legislation, specific processes, culture, and language to determine which actions can be standardized globally and which need to be adapted while maintaining the same principles, philosophy, and global culture. The D&I Delivery Specialist also should work closely to the D&I Intelligence Specialist and D&I Culture & Intelligence Senior Manager to align the strategy of data insights and narrative with region´s D&I delivery priorities.

What will you do?

  • Regional Implementation of D&I Initiatives: (40%):
  • Facilitate the execution of global D&I Program, including coordinating operating need of the program, cross functional projects and special initiatives, acting as a PMO for D&I Program and initiatives
  • Execute D&I initiatives defined by the Director of Engagement and Delivery with a focus on regional adaptation.
  • Ensure that global D&I principles, philosophy, and culture are maintained while addressing local needs and regulations. Stay informed about local legislation and processes related to D&I to ensure compliance
  • Maintain strong connections with the D&I Culture Intelligence team to propagate the correct messages and data-driven insights.
  • . Maintain a strong focus on achieving results and meeting D&I goals.
  • Manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously without losing sight of the objectives
  • Develop content, communications, presentations, reports to communicate priorities, progress and projects to leadership
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: (35%):
  • Engage with professionals responsible for various departmental processes to incorporate D&I actions
  • Act as a motivator and promoter of D&I practices and objectives both internally and externally
  • Participate in internal and external subgroups to ensure alignment of practices and achievement of D&I goals
  • Collaborate with these groups to implement and monitor D&I initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain lasting, trust-based relationships both internally and externally
  • In partnership with key internal stakeholders, drive accountability through tracking D&I goals, metrics, progress to be shared with leadership
  • Support, train and monitor: (25%):
  • Provide training and support to regional teams to ensure the effective implementation of D&I initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization.
  • Monitor the progress of D&I initiatives and report on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Engagement and Delivery and other stakeholders.
  • Support D&I Director coordinating regional adaptation for EINs Governance Model, Ambassadors Program Governance Model, External Engagement region data consolidation and reporting
  • Execute systems controls, inputs and governance for D&I different tools (EIN, Ambassadors, Council Teams Groups
  • Centralize activities such as D&I reporting and metrics
  • Be responsible to organize D&I folders in Teams and Sharepoint

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing D&I initiatives, with a strong understanding of regional needs and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in regional languages and a deep understanding of local culture and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
