Description:

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience leading an organisation’s D&I strategy, implementing D&I initiatives and measuring impact and change.
  • Strong experience leading and developing teams and collaborating cross functionally and across geographies to deliver D&I programmes and priorities.
  • Ability to translate data, insights and research into strategy, actions and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong experience in diversity and inclusion, designing and delivering global D&I programmes in partnership with a business.
  • Knowledge and experience of equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy
  • Work across our global teams, ERGs, Allies and Sponsors to provide Diversity and Inclusion thought leadership, research and support. Identify and design best practices, tools, policies for Vodafone to implement.
  • Collaborate across our business to ensure that equity and inclusion is embedded across all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Vodafone and that we attract, develop and retain global talent, reflective of the customers and communities that we serve
  • Partner across our business on our work with external communities and organisations to deliver on ‘Empowering People’ as part of our Purpose. Provide expertise on DEI to support work for our customers, communities and co-partners.
  • Lead a team to develop and deliver DEI initiatives, measuring outcomes, communicating impact, assessing gaps and developing plans to close gaps across Gender, LGBT+, Disability and REACH
