Our division Craftsmen, Construction and Professional of Henkel Adhesive Technologies is providing high-impact solutions for our customers in more than 800 industry segments across the globe.
In the recent past, packaging has become a vital part in our license-to-operate driven by more frequent regulatory changes and increasing sustainability needs for our industrial customers and consumers.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Packaging or equivalent academic qualification
  • Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience in packaging and/or sustainability related field with strong business understanding
  • Pro-active and self-motivated personality with strategic way of thinking and proven capability to drive change on a global scale
  • High degree of assertiveness paired with a demonstrated ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across different levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, proficiency in data analytics & digital tools, and a strong affinity for sustainability trends
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace a versatile role that offers a satisfying blend of long-term impact and tangible results
  • Develop the global packaging strategy for our division in close alignment with your stakeholders from Purchasing, Packaging, Operations and our Strategic Business Units and drive its implementation via synchronized long-term roadmaps
  • Define, coordinate & execute key strategic initiatives and action plans with involved functions to ensure a swift roll-out on local, regional and global scale
  • Experience the unique opportunity to steer & accelerate the sustainable packaging transformation across the entire business area and represent our division in the Global Packaging Leadership Counsil of Henkel Adhesive Technologies
  • Take the lead in shaping a framework for a future-proof packaging portfolio at reasonable complexity which plays a crucial role for our ability-to-win
