TSL delivers turnkey projects for international customers from the food industry, pharmaceuticals, high-tech production and logistics sectors.
We are specialized in the implementation of complex construction projects on a national and international level for clients such as Amazon, Gazeley and Bericote and implement the projects through our offices in England, Ireland, the USA and since 2018 also in Germany. With the company headquarters in Frankfurt am and Würzburg, there is a base in the heart of Germany, in an attractive living area, with good motorway connections and proximity to Frankfurt Airport .
For our Project on construction side, currently Frankfurt am Main Area, we are looking for a full-time position starting immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all activities related to the Document Controlprocedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Technical management of document control system/platform (ACC and Procore)
- Quality Assurance check of submitted documentation according to TSP/Client standard
- Monitor due dates of drawings and technical submittal according to milestones
- Management of Request For Information status
- Controlthe creation and approval of project documents including management of the workflow set-up
- Management of As-built documents with Project/Design team
- Exercise version controlwhere multiple versionsof a document are maintained
- Manage storage of documents in a way that facilitates convenient retrieval of a particular document when needed.
- Ensure security and safety of documents with the dual objectives of preventing unauthorized access to documents and allowing recovery from physical damage or loss of documents.
- Generatethe various documentcontrol reports as required.
- Archive old documents and disposing them at the end of their life.
- (Senior) Development of document control system
