SENIOR DRAFTER

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• At least 3 years of working experience in facade design and drafting is required for this position.
• Required skills: To design aluminium architectural products such as curtainwall system, windows and doors, aluminium cladding and trellis.
• To prepare shop drawing, tender drawing, die drawing, cut-out details and cutting list, material order
• To attend external technical meetings with Architects and consultants to achieve shop drawings’ approval
• To attend internal design meetings and also the project coordination meetings with main contractor.
• Propose suitable solutions to clients and their consultants, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and other owner’s requirements related to design works.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve design-related challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, would be a strong advantage for candidates experienced in its usage.
• Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office for efficient project documentation and communication.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
