Senior Early Years Educator

Location: Dependant on operational requirements
Reports To: Nursery Manager
As a Senior Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for leading a room or unit within your nursery setting. Qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare with a proven track record, you will inspire, lead and motivate whilst drawing on your in-depth knowledge and early years’ experience to successfully deliver all aspects of our service, including planning and facilitating purposeful learning opportunities, meeting each child’s individual needs through close monitoring and observations and ensuring our high standards are maintained in all areas of your setting, closely following Cherubs Nurseries Policies and Procedures. You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for a Designated Role such as SENDCO and access a pathway of continuous professional and personal development to support your career goals and progression with Cherubs Nurseries. From time to time, you may also be required to work as part of the nursery management team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, including being a responsible and reliable key holder.
