Description:

Big Top Nursery at Roman Park is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Practitioner holding at least a Level 3 qualification. This position involves supporting our Room Leaders in both our 2-3 year-old and preschool rooms, working with up to 14 toddlers or 16 preschoolers each day.
We are searching for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to become a valuable member of our vibrant nursery environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep-seated passion for early years education, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of qualified experience.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare environment.
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to achieve positive outcomes for children through innovative teaching approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and adept at its application.
