CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You should be comfortable speaking technically and translating commercial and operational needs briefing specific deliverables with time/cost business cases into technology partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and conversion optimisation techniques.
  • Experience with a CMS platform, preferably Shopify, is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a conversion-oriented eCommerce Senior Manager to join our growing team to drive commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing. In this role, you will develop and implement best practices across CRO, digital marketing funnel and UX to maximise our digital revenue and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of our website and CRO operations, including platform management, product merchandising and 3rd party management.
  • Hands-on Shopify CMS edits to improve UX, conversion and customer engagement.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the website, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Implement mobile first journey management and lead the team of two to adopt product management techniques to improve all areas of the site.
  • Leverage web analytics and CRO best practices working with our Analytics team to identify areas for improvement and implement AB testing to drive commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing.
  • Work closely with marketing channel owners and development teams to ensure a cohesive online experience and optimal website performance.
  • Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer journey to deliver incremental new customers from website improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, including brand, customer services, CRM, technology and analytics.
  • Daily tracking and reporting on website performance and reporting on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of any website changes or CRO initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest eCommerce trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our D2C business.
