The Senior Education Support Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Faculty’s education strategy. Reporting to the Senior Education Support Coordinator, this position provides high-level administrative support to the Education Portfolio, focusing on:
- Coordinating and planning unit requirements, including scheduling, timetabling, staffing changes, and Moodle updates.
- Administering special consideration processes in collaboration with academic staff.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of teaching processes and the day-to-day administration of units.
