As a part of the Education Support Staff at Castle Rushen High School, you will have the opportunity to put your positive attitude and organised approach to work providing specialist support for pupils with identified additional and complex learning needs. Working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, teachers, and other staff members, you will develop personalized learning plans, assist in monitoring progress, and provide tailored strategies to help students access the curriculum and succeed in their education.
