Senior Electrical Engineer - Desalination

Oversee electrical site supervision and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections using instruments and metering devices.
Perform factory manufacturing inspections as required.
Monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
Identify deviations or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct tests, measurements, and sampling as needed.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Review and approve construction-related documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and approvals.
Support ILF’s Site Engineer and Site Coordinator, and supervise Electrical inspector works.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication and report writing skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
More than 5 years of experience in electrical site activities, experience in GCC/UAE/Abu Dhabi, desalination projects, and TRANSCO is desirable.
Academic Education to BS or equivalent level minimum in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University, postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
