Position Summary:
As a Medicare Enrollment Coordinator, you will be directly supporting Medicare Part D members by efficiently routing inbound correspondence to multiple departments, to help facilitate timely response on behalf of the company. This is a great opportunity to initiate a career with a leading healthcare company.
In this role you will be responsible for the processing of Medicare member correspondence including billing, grievances, change of addresses and other member requests. In addition to incoming member correspondence, you will be responsible for the processing of returned mail according to Medicare guidelines while also meeting established production and quality standards. The position requires the ability to multi task between such duties as sorting mail in multiple facets and scanning documents to be forwarded electronically throughout the enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
Effective organization skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with Aggisar machine and/or similar mailroom equipment.
Large volume scanning experience
