REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency company.
  • Experience with copywriting.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, Iterable, and/or others.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on crafting compelling email content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle the multiple paths of a customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement end-to-end email marketing strategies, including promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns, to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized content.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design to improve engagement and effectiveness of email campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and effective execution.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance email marketing strategies.
