REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience working in an agency company.
- Experience with copywriting.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, Iterable, and/or others.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on crafting compelling email content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to juggle the multiple paths of a customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement end-to-end email marketing strategies, including promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns, to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized content.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design to improve engagement and effectiveness of email campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and effective execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance email marketing strategies.
