Tasks

  • Develop firmware for the next generation of our industry-leading glasses and embedded products
  • Work closely with our in-house hardware department to optimize the architecture
  • Test, document, and maintain the developed software with modern tools and technology
  • Participate in code reviews and other measurements to ensure the high quality of our products
  • Use state-of-the-art CI/CD tools and methods, such as GitLab and Docker
  • Collaborate in the specification, design, and implementation
  • Drive projects forward independently

Requirements

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Completed relevant studies or completed vocational training (e.g. HTL)
  • Proficient in Rust and/or C/C++
  • Experience with FPGA design is a plus
  • Deep understanding of microcontroller architectures (preferably ARM and/or RISC-V)
  • Knowledge of communication interfaces such as SPI, UART, I²C, and USB
  • Good written and spoken English
