Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in the development of current sensing modules for high voltage batteries in various customer vehicles and applications. Your responsibilities will encompass both low-level and functional software development, utilizing languages such as C and C++. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a timely implementation that adheres to relevant automotive safety standards, including ISO 26262.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of low-level software as well as functional software for current sensing modules
  • Implementation of safety applications to ensure the functional safety concept of the HV battery
  • Design of efficient algorithms for real-time data processing enhancing the overall system performance
  • Ensuring the software implementation in accordance with the relevant automotive safety standards
  • Close collaboration with the testing team for test case definition and software testing
  • Generation of comprehensive documentation outlining software architecture, algorithms, and interfaces, facilitating knowledge transfer and future maintenance
  • Participation in the definition of the overall battery management system architecture, providing insights into software-related considerations for optimal system performance
