Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain embedded software for a wireless intercom system
  • Autonomously plan, design, implement, and test components for the embedded software and the Linux operating system
  • Demonstrate ownership of dedicated areas of the system’s software architecture
  • Participate in sprint planning and cross-functional company initiatives that foster collaboration.
  • Level-up the team through code reviews and by creating reference code.
  • Mentor and grow junior developers through paired coding and being a resource.
  • Conduct code reviews and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as getting involved in solving bugs and delivering small features.
  • Generate and implement process improvements.
  • Improve product quality, security, and performance.
  • Engage with business and technology requirements in design & development
