The Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to cover DACH and Benelux for a 14 month Maternity cover.
As a Regional Field Marketing Lead, you will plan and lead the strategy for delivering demand generation and pipeline growth in this region. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact regional marketing plans that help move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets including MQLs and SAOs.
  • Driving and partnering with regional sales leaders to develop quarterly marketing plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and competitive landscape, trends and opportunities
  • Manage a comprehensive marketing program across various channels, including trade shows, events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns to drive leads, opportunities, and win business.
  • Deliver a concentrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program for your region to amplify sales relationships and support the progression of strategic deals.
  • Track and analyze performance data to monitor pipeline creation & progression, guide marketing planning, and report on program ROI.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal sales teams, external partners, and distributors.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to develop quarterly marketing plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and competitive landscape, trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, PR and other teams to develop effective marketing materials and messaging for regional campaigns.
  • Be an active and collaborative member of the Global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs.
  • Act as Marketing Business Partner to regional leadership teams to plan, deliver and monitor pipeline creation & contribution, optimising integrated activities across all channels to track results and maximise ROI

Required skills/qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience working in B2B technology industry with cloud, big data, analytics or database experience
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs, including: field events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, reporting & communication skills.
  • Deep familiarity with the European enterprise B-to-B software market.
  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo and developer marketing is a bonus
