What We Need
We are looking to hire a Senior Employee Experience Partner responsible for shaping and enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture across the U.S. and Canada. This senior-level role involves strategic HR partnership, high-level collaboration, and expert management of HR initiatives. The position ensures alignment with both regional and organizational goals by driving complex HR projects, offering advanced guidance, and leading efforts to elevate the employee experience.
The salary range rate for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 CAD.

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data presentation and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, PowerPoint)
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment is preferre

Responsibilities:

  • Regional HR Support:

Acting as the primary senior HR contact for the U.S. and Canada, addressing complex inquiries and providing localized support tailored to specific business needs and regulations.

  • HR Partnership and Collaboration:

Partnering with strategic HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business initiatives. Engaging with senior leadership to drive and implement HR strategies supporting regional and corporate goals.

  • Advanced-Data Analysis and Reporting:

Leading reporting and analysis efforts on absence, attrition, and other key metrics. Leverage data insights to identify areas of improvement, and present findings to senior management to influence strategic decisions.

  • Employee Relations Management:

Providing expert guidance on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, overseeing mediation and conflict resolution to maintain a positive organizational climate. Managing the ER case tracker to ensure compliance and strategic resolution.

  • Strategic Acquisition and Integration:

Leading HR initiatives supporting acquisition and integration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • HR Project Management:

Spearheading major HR projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience. Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities.
