About this team
The Employee Relations Team is here to create, foster and uphold the conditions needed for our people to realize their full potential. Our policies, practices, and approach is always through the lens of our core values. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations
- 3+ years experience in leading complex Workplace Investigations
- Associate level CIPD qualified and/or certificate in human resources management
- Knowledge of employment/ labour standards in EMEA Countries
- Certificate of training in workplace inviestigations/ conflect resolution/ project management prefereable
- Extensive knowledge and experience providing consultation on sensitive ER matters.
- Knowledge of French language to B2 level would be a plus
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
- Builds relationships quickly; must be an effective team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel
