About this team
The Employee Relations Team is here to create, foster and uphold the conditions needed for our people to realize their full potential. ​Our policies, practices, and approach is always through the lens of our core values.​ We believe individual experiences and perspectives matter; every situation is unique and requires thoughtful consideration and a mindful approach. ​

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations
  • 3+ years experience in leading complex Workplace Investigations
  • Associate level CIPD qualified and/or certificate in human resources management
  • Knowledge of employment/ labour standards in EMEA Countries
  • Certificate of training in workplace inviestigations/ conflect resolution/ project management prefereable
  • Extensive knowledge and experience providing consultation on sensitive ER matters.
  • Knowledge of French language to B2 level would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
  • Builds relationships quickly; must be an effective team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel
