QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on compliance and policy development
  • A post secondary diploma, degree or certificate in human resource management
  • Knowledge of employment/labour standards and human rights legislation and industry trends
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
  • Builds relationships quickly; must be an effective team player
  • Strong analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

Supports People & Culture policy management, ensuring policies foster a respectful, positive and inclusive working environment where employees are treated fairly, consistently and in line with lululemon’s culture and values. Facilitates the review and documentation of employment compliance initiatives to support proactive planning and stakeholder engagement. Collaborates with stakeholders to lead initiatives to support compliance with federal, state/ provincial, and local legislation, including implementation and on-going compliance sustainment. Serves as employment compliance subject matter expert to support business initiatives. Supports the global scaling of lululemon’s employment compliance program through partnerships with cross-functional leaders and partners.
