ROLE OVERVIEW
As we continue to grow our people experience through a centralized learning and enablement function, we are looking to hire an experienced senior learning consultant to own and drive key components of our central field enablement strategy. This is an exciting role for any field enablement professional interested in growing their career within a vibrant and dynamic culture, working closely with business leadership to deliver high impact learning and development solutions which directly impact our ability to win.
You will work closely with the Manager, Field Enablement and key stakeholders in the business to own and drive key aspects of our field enablement strategy. Working across both sales and customer success teams, you will be a lead designer, builder, facilitator and coach on core program modules within our Sales Academy and CS Academy frameworks which include deliverables under our four key enablement pillars; Onboarding Excellence, Product Excellence, Skills Excellence and Manager Excellence.
As a critical member of the people team, you will play a pivotal role as brand and culture ambassador.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive all programming responsibilities assigned within the Central Field Enablement plan including content curation and management, internal delivery, stakeholder management, schedule maintenance, communications and field certification
- Learning experience design, development and delivery – focusing on solutions to meet scoped formats including hybrid learning, virtual first and in-person in-office delivery
- Lead facilitator and coach on agreed modules within each pillar within our field Academy framework – onboarding excellence, product excellence, skills excellence and manager excellence
- Work closely with other members of the Centralized Enablement & Talent Development team to delivery monthly and quarterly evaluation and activity reports
- Develop best-in-class enablement resources for on-the-job learning in keeping with best practices and team standards, including micro-videos, one pagers and field guides, info graphics and ‘how-to’ guides
- Demonstrate advanced product understanding through product enablement materials, coaching and certification excellence
- Partner with and support other team members as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
ROLE REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES):
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a field enablement specialist / consultant, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS company
- Experience designing and delivering employee learning programs, preferably for both seller and customers success learner profiles
- Experience and proficiency for elearning authoring and management tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva and Docebo
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent learning delivery skills – group facilitation (in-person and online)
- MEDDPICC experience and certification desirable
- Train the Trainer certified desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable but not essential
