Description:

Agio is a hybrid managed IT and cybersecurity provider servicing the financial services, health care and payments industries. Agio offers technology hosting, monitoring, management, helpdesk, disaster prevention and recovery, as well as managed security, 360° cybersecurity programs, virtual CISO (vCISO) support and cybersecurity consulting.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Agio provides customers with superior managed IT and cyber services. As we continue to expand out our client base, we are seeking a Senior End User Engineer. This is a critical role in helping Agio to continuously improve the security and performance of our client’s devices and applications through standardized configurations, automated deployments. The role will also involve supporting our end user team in the diagnosis and resolution of complex end user issues.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in information technology or related field
  • One or more of following security certifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • VMware Certified Professional
  • Data protection certification

Responsibilities:

  • End user device and application build, configuration and automated deployments.
  • OS and application patching and remediation.
  • Application packaging.
  • Development of M365 policies and standards.
  • Technical support for complex end user issues including:
  • Email delivery
  • O365 policies and settings
