ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Engagement Strategist resides within our integrated strategy organization and plays a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful engagement strategies for our healthcare clients. This role focuses on HCP engagement and requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including its regulatory nuances. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker passionate about uncovering actionable insights and translating them into compelling, omnichannel engagement plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Led the development and implementation of HCP engagement strategies, from segmentation and targeting to channel selection and activation, working towards independent ownership of large-scale projects.
  • Leverage data and research to inform strategic decisions, ensuring all recommendations are grounded in evidence and aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of existing client engagement efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Develop robust engagement approaches for HCP audiences, considering specialty, practice setting, digital behavior, and other relevant factors.
  • Craft integrated strategies that connect brand messaging with HCP needs and preferences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, showcasing Ogilvy Health’s expertise in HCP engagement.
  • Develop impactful content strategies tailored to multiple audiences (Direct to consumer, Healthcare professionals, and Patients/Caregivers), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing optimization recommendations and actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, medical, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of engagement strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HCP engagement, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our offerings.
  • Present strategic recommendations and campaign performance results to internal stakeholders and clients.
