ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE IN SIGNAL PROCESSING

You have a degree in Engineering with a background in signal processing as well as acoustics, psychoacoustics or similar.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with audiological systems, but we are also curious to hear from you if this is an area you would like to move into.
You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable breaking down, learning, and navigating complex systems. You have solid foundations in signal processing and Matlab or Python programming.
You see yourself as a team player who thrives in working in close collaboration with your peers and who values trust and openness. You take an extra step to ensure high quality and documentation of your own and your team’s deliveries and you are comfortable navigating a large organization and reaching out to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • innovating, developing and optimizing state-of-the-art audiological algorithms with a focus on improving speech intelligibility by means of noise reduction, beamforming etc.,
  • work by best practices in terms of code structure, development tool updates and design for test,
  • maintaining, debugging, and improving our existing features,
  • enabling new features and hardware by integrating them to our system,
  • informally listening and testing of our instruments to quickly catch and react on unexpected behavio
