YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Completed university degree in a scientific or technical field with a focus on IT; alternatively, a comparable education
• 5+ years proven track record working with Automic/UC4
• Experience as Automic Administrator and/or Developer is preferred.
• Understanding of distributed and highly complex IT systems and infrastructure environments
• Experience with various IT technologies such as SQL, middleware and SAP applications
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and the use of tools relevant to IT Production processes (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, ALM)
• Open-minded, empathetic and communicative personality who knows how to convince others, set priorities and pass on knowledge effectively
• High customer and service orientation towards internal and external contacts
• Very good written and spoken German (at least C2) and English (at least B1) language skills

DETAILS OF THE ROLE AND HOW IT FITS INTO THE TEAM

TDI Private Bank Germany - Production is responsible for the stability of business applications used in the back office, in branches, in mobile sales or over the Internet.
The Production area provides 2nd level application support in line with the ITIL framework and monitoring tools to ensure the required stability of the applications.
In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, the applications and the understanding of the business processes supported by the applications are our most important assets.
In the Production – IEoXP team, which is responsible for a safe and sound operation of the Workload Automation Tool Automic/UC4, you can expect a diverse portfolio in a professional team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Specialist acts as an IT specialist who carries out various tasks related to IT services within the Production Organization of the Service Management environment.

He provides his expertise and supports the respective service teams to ensure that the Production division provides effective IT services.

• You support the Workload Automation Tool Automic/UC4 and its automated workflows and file transfers for the wide scope of scheduled application in Private and Corporate Bank.
• You deal with instant troubleshooting and you solve incidents and problems
• You work with other IT Production specialists and relevant specialties to solve problems effectively and quickly
• You are in continuous exchange with colleagues and work together to optimize the Production processes for the design of a stable IT environment
• You will provide your expertise to our stakeholder and projects to enable them to deliver safe and sound workflows into the Production environment.
• You pursue the tasks and objectives of TDI PB Production as part of the Business Continuity Process
• You will support IT Production in accordance with the policies and compliance guidelines of Deutsche Bank
