The Sydney office is currently seeking a Senior Façade Engineer. As a part of the Technical Specialists group, this role will undertake consulting services within the façade diagnostics and existing buildings space and be a part of a diversely skilled local and global team of facade engineers working on a number of high profile and impactful projects.

• Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Structural, Mechanical, Materials, Façade, Civil, Architectural or similar area
• Experience leading remedial façade projects, and being a primary interface point for clients during delivery
• Relevant understanding of problems related to building structures, facades and construction materials is preferred
• An understanding of available improvement options (performance, durability, comfort) for building façades desirable
• Awareness of construction contracts, procurement and contract administration desirable
• A qualification and experience in Industrial Rope Access preferred but not essential, however a willingness to train in Industrial Rope Access is desirable
