Description:

SENIOR ENGINEER – HYBRID

A well-established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on a Conservation Restoration Project in Mountjoy Square, Dublin (Northside inner City).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3rd level degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ Years of experience as a Senior Engineer.
  • Proficiency in use of Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station, AutoCad, GPS.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of calculations, plans, technical drawings, and quantity take-offs to align with project specifications.
  • Review, interpret, and coordinate design documentation received from clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring seamless integration into project execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and project teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Supervise and inspect groundworks and civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve unforeseen technical challenges on-site, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Manage health, safety, and quality control measures on-site, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards, including BCAR regulations and industry best practices.
