Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:
The holder of thisposition will be accountablefor the process R&D aspectswithin the IIM frameworkforprojectsrelatedto the MDLZ-LotusBakeriespartnership. Projectscouldcoverallplatforms, e.g. tablets, seasonals etc. The rightpersonforthisrole delivers the technicalknowledgefor the function, developssolutionstoproblems, whilstensuringcompliancetotechnicalpolicies & procedures. This will requireworking in a cross-functional project team workingwith supply chain, marketing, procurement, suppliers, externalmanufacturers and other RDQ functions.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
BEng/MEng/PhDin ChemicalEngineering, BSc, MScor PhD in foodscience, technologyorrelated field orequivalent experience.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
You will be requiredtotravelto MDLZ sites, suppliers and externalmanufacturersasprojectsrequire ~20% of time
