About this team
Lululemon’s technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team and design, mature, and drive our Identity Governance roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years of Sailpoint IIQ engineering experience
- Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best-practices.
- Experience working with bug tracking and task management software
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
- Good leadership skills including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
- Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones
