YOUR MISSION / OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

Lead and manage in developing projects focused on renewable energy solutions, emphasizing green hydrogen and its derivatives.

YOUR PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• 10+ years (in various roles as described)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in renewable energy engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the energy sector.
• Extensive experience dealing with government agencies in the Arabian Gulf region, particularly in the UAE.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in the energy industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of renewable energy technologies, specifically green hydrogen.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governmental processes, in the Gulf area.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment, dealing with international companies and investors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry and Large manufacturing industries
• Knowledge on green hydrogen and its applications.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector in Arabian gulf particularly UAE.
• Engage with government agencies in the Arabian Gulf region, particularly in the UAE, to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Industrial and/or Oil and Gas companies to develop and execute innovative renewable energy solutions.
• Oversee commercial activities, including partnership negotiations, market analysis, and sales strategies.
• Provide technical channel and leadership to multi-disciplinary teams working on renewable energy projects.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage complex assignments involving multiple stakeholders across different sectors.
