Description:
Lab3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region with a focus on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Modern Apps & Integration, Security, and Network services.
We are on the hunt for 2 Senior Engineers with AGSVA clearance (NV1, though we would consider baseline) with skills in M365 and modern workplace management, We are open to exploring permanent or contract engagements for the right person. These roles will kick off in January 2025 but we could interview today!.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional services that require the design and deployment of Microsoft 365 services
- Manage the migration of content either cross-tenant or from on-premises to Microsoft 365.
- Support our pre-sales process where the opportunity closely aligns with your M365 and Modern Workplace experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of LAB3 products and services leveraging applications and services in the Microsoft 365 portfolio.
- Provide a key role in the delivery of key LAB3 strategic engagements, leading by example and taking the initiative to deliver high value outcomes for our clients.
- Evaluate emerging technology in and around Microsoft 365, supporting the development of our go-to-market professional services offerings to ensure both LAB3 and our customers capitalise on the latest technology.
- Demonstrate a professional ability to work with business stakeholders, manage effective relationships, understand business issues, and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- You will lead technical client engagements, drive high level design, consult, undertake maturity assessments and delivery for our Modern Workplace practice. These will address clients’ requirements of scalability, reliability, security, operations and performance.
- The role will utilize technology skills in the Modern Workplace Environment, migration and on-prem skills, along with strong consulting skills.
- Deliver professional services that leverage solutions in the Modern Workplace space including migrations, Intune, the broader Microsoft365 suite, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Defender (among other technologies).
- Provide consulting services across a range of facets including SOE, Modern Management and end to end IT governance/security reviews.
- Evaluate emerging Modern Workplace technology, develop and evolve go-to-market professional services offerings to ensure customers capitalize on the latest technology in the modern workplace space.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions for Azure Virtual Desktop engagements.
- Develop Configuration as Code libraries surrounding M365 tenant standardisation – including Intune, SOE and standardised configuration of various aspects of M365 deployment.
- Work with the Solution Architecture team to develop new products and services that leverage the latest Microsoft 365 services and dependencies, as well as providing technical governance and sign-off of projects and proposals.
- Present to senior business & technology leaders, conduct workshops and review architecture. Assist the presales team by providing them your expertise in this field.
