QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in front-end engineering with expertise in ReactJS.
• Must have Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience in Python is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage technical work and schedules effectively.
• Experience managing a DEV team on/offshore mix
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a collaborative environment.
• Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.

• Lead front-end engineering initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Utilize ReactJS to develop responsive and interactive web applications.
• Oversee the integration and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage technical schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, providing insights and updates on project progress.
• Lead and mentor both onshore and offshore teams to achieve project goals.
