SALARY: £80,000 - £90,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in web development
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g. Flask)
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service-orientated architecture
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Python backend
development and JavaScript frontend frameworks. You will be responsible for
developing features and enhancements to our SaaS platform, working with
other engineers to share knowledge and build great products.
We are a fully remote company with periodic physical meetups across the UK.
You will therefore need to be comfortable with remote working and all that it
entails and have strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new
features
Optimise application performance and responsiveness
Implement security and data protection measures
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
