Essentials : HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, 5+ years of experience in Ireland, ability to manage multiple projects, full driving licence.
Location : Multiple Sites in South Dublin
Salary : Up to €75,000

Our client, a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer.
This role involves managing the Health and Safety, subcontractor timelines, design reviews and adjustments. The Senior Engineer will actively participate in design team meetings, oversee quality control, monitor compliance with building regulations, and manage third-party stakeholders such as Irish Water and ESB.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engineering and construction teams. This includes managing technical submittals, benchmarking, temporary works, and conducting regular inspections of works on site. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to handling multiple projects simultaneously are key to this role.
