A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior UI/UX Engineer to join the Enterprise User Experience team at Balyasny Asset Management. As we open our first office in Poland, we’re seeking an experienced professional to help us design and deliver world-class solutions for our global Investment and Business teams.

As a Senior UI/UX Engineer, you will:

• Develop and enhance user interfaces using ReactJS and ReactNative.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable components for desktop and mobile applications.
• Develop web-enabled desktop integration solutions using the ElectronJS framework.
• Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality, well-documented code.
• Optimize UI components for peak performance on desktop and mobile platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UI development experience with deep expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with NextJS and popular workflows (e.g., Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with SSO, modern authorization mechanisms, and front-end build tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Experience working with design systems and translating business requirements into technical implementations.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with UX software such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• Familiarity with financial market data interfaces or hedge fund industry tools.
• Expertise in AI and LLMs.
• Object-oriented programming experience in languages like C# (preferred), C++, or Java.
