About your role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, based in Stockholm, you will focus on managing and expanding relationships with Macrobond’s key enterprise clients across the Nordics and other regions. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, ensuring the on going success and satisfaction of high-value customers, while identifying opportunities for further revenue growth and service adoption.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, developing and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure clients are maximizing the value of Macrobond’s platform through regular engagement, training, and tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Expansion : Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, particularly for advanced data products and API integrations. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Product Development Partnership : Liaise between Macrobond’s product development team and its enterprise clients. You will work closely with key stakeholders within existing accounts to gather insights, feedback, and usage data to inform Macrobond’s product development initiatives and foster collaborative relationships with clients, to successfully roll out our innovative initiatives.
  • Client Retention : Implement proactive client retention strategies, ensuring high satisfaction and mitigating churn. Collaborate with customer success teams to resolve any issues promptly and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay informed on economic trends, competitive landscape, and developments in the financial services industry to ensure clients are aware of how Macrobond’s platform can address new challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product, support, and marketing, to ensure clients receive regular updates, access to the latest thematic chart packs, and insights tailored to their specific business needs. Share client feedback with internal teams to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • Reporting and Forecasting : Provide regular updates on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account strategies in CRM systems.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO DO IT?

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management , h ands-on strategic B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services, SaaS, or data-driven industries
  • Be an e xperienced, proactive and strategic solutions sales professional with a track record of success selling software or data driven solutions to the investment community, ideally to economists, analysts and strategist s from banks and asset owners and managers. (Ideally within the Nordic investment community)
  • Have a p roven ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and high retention
  • A strong t rack record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
  • Ideally with a s trong knowledge of macroeconomic and financial data, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • An e xcellent networking ability.
    With e xceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
