Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Senior Environmental Consultant in our Rome office, you will be part of a successful team composed of geologists, engineers, geotechnical experts, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, and more. Working collaboratively as part of an international network, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, primarily focused on contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessments, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability. You will contribute to a sustainable future within an open, collaborative, and empowering culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design site investigations and remediation plans
- Manage field data collection with an environmental focus
- Analyze and interpret environmental data in line with project goals
- Develop draft-level environmental remediation designs
- Prepare technical reports, including basic reports (e.g., field activity and investigation results) and advanced reports (e.g., statistical studies of background threshold values, risk assessments, site conceptual model reconstruction, hydrogeological models, remediation designs, etc.)
- Create technical proposals and reports in both Italian and English

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. (3/5 years) degree in environmental science, earth sciences, geology, environmental engineering, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in site characterization and remediation
- Basic or proficient user of ArcGIS (or similar software)
- Strong experience in field investigation work and data analysis
- Ability to develop a site conceptual model from both geo-hydrogeological and contamination perspectives
- Native-level fluency in Italian and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to draft clear, concise documents and presentations
- Availability for daily/weekly fieldwork and business trip
