QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or Diploma in HR/Law/ Employee Relations related field with 4 to 6 years related experience or qualified by extensive experience.
  • A strong understanding of HR legislation and labour law with the ability to apply relevant legislations in the work environment.
  • Expert knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EE and regulations.
  • Collective Bargaining Process Knowledge.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree or Diploma with 3 to 5 years human resources experience, or qualified by extensive experience.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior ER & HC Business Partner will work with the leadership team to implement the Human Capital strategy, to ensure that the business executes on the people agenda. The role is responsible for providing guidance on matters relating to company policy and labour relations. Key to the success of the role is the ability to develop strategic partnerships with the business leaders to deliver consistent high-quality HR services with experience in Employee Relations risk mitigation.
