We are searching for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior ERP Specialist. This pivotal role involves managing ERP system enhancements, ensuring optimal integration with business processes, and offering technical leadership to support our organizational objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS FOR A SENIOR ERP SPECIALIST

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems/Technology or other related field
• Master’s Degree in Finance / Operations or certified CA professional - preferred
• Microsoft Certified Solution Expert Business Application (valid credential)
• Certified Business Analyst Professional Certification (CBAP) preferred
• Project Management certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum Eight (8)+ Years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Operation
• Extensive experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, and administration, particularly in a senior or lead role.
• Functional expert in Dynamics D365.
• Have led and completed at least 4 end-to-end implementation cycle for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation
• Have completed any integration to 3rd Party Application in providing functional consultancy and Project Management.
• Have used any automation or AI tools during the implementation
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation modules specially Finance, Supply chain and Project Management and Accounting, PowerBI reporting.
• Knowledge in HR and Payroll modules is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project Management, Business Requirement Analysis using Microsoft Methodology.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and knowledge in leading ERP software, with the ability to customise and integrate ERP modules.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, troubleshoot system challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management Acumen: Experience in managing ERP projects with a focus on timeline, budget, and resource allocation optimisation.
