Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for interior fit-out projects, with 8-10 years of experience in the UAE. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring accurate cost estimation for projects in a timely and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8-10 years of experience in estimating, specifically in the interior fit-out industry (required).
  • Proven experience leading a team of estimators.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market conditions and cost structures.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (required).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to assess the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the requirements and conditions for accurate estimation.
  • Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities that may affect the project cost.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and are completed within deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and assist in their professional development.
  • Maintain and update a database of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing changes, and new materials or techniques.
