Senior ETL Developer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 6 years of direct Interaction/Interface design experience in User-Centered Methods and User Analysis
• Expert knowledge of data modeling concepts, data warehouse and data aggregation processes and strategies
• Knowledge and command of data governance/best practices
• Experience in an agile environment
• Technical Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter
• At least 5+ yearsof proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in Data Conversions
• Able to design scalable data models and data flows
• This is a hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote with 3 days onsite per week.

• Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
• Design, develop, and administer ETL processes to support data integration and transformation for cloud-based data solutions.
• Building and optimizing complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Azure Synapse Analytics and other data platforms.
• Manage the Informatica PowerCenter environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance, while also leveraging Azure Synapse for data warehousing and analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop scalable ETL pipelines, and ensure data accuracy
• Strong experience in both ETL development and administration, cloud technologies like Azure, and SQL databases is essential.
• Involves maintaining documentation, performance tuning, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
