The Role
Condé Nast is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Events Manager to join the Fashion, Luxury & Beauty events team, who deliver special projects and events across the Vogue, GQ and Glamour brands.
The Senior Events Manager will play a key role in the organisation and production of large-scale tentpole event projects and contribute to evolving the Events strategy.
Supporting the department head with keeping an overview of the full Vogue, GQ and Glamour events schedule, leading on resourcing internal and external talent across all events and acting as an escalation point for the other Events team members.

What will you be doing?

  • Support department lead in the day-to-day management of Vogue, GQ and Glamour events.
  • Support department lead on our evolving Events strategy.
  • Oversee the Vogue, GQ and Glamour events schedule, ensuring events are properly resourced and bringing in external talent where required.
  • Lead the production and organisation of several key tentpole events, such as GQ Men Of The Year, GQ Heroes and Vogue Fashion And Film Party.
  • Build client proposals for potential event partners.
  • Support commercial sellers in pitching event partnerships.
  • Project management of key client events, lead day-to-day production communications with brand partners.
  • Deliver projects to clear revenue and cost targets.
  • Support with the ideation of all tentpole and brand-led events.
