Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Events Project Manager to join us in London
As the Senior Events Project Manager, you will deliver the company events programme, delivering compelling events that support business change and strategic projects. You will provide proactive, professional and enthusiastic services to all customers, building effective elationships across the company and beyond.
The Events team crafts, produces and delivers a range of events and experiences. There are two cornerstones to the team: standout, efficient creativity and a reputation for outstanding event management, production and delivery across formats. Ultimately, the team strives to deliver solutions which help Liberty Global – and its operating companies – to achieve their goals with audiences.

What will you be doing?

  • Design, lead and deliver events for all areas of the Liberty Global family (including digital events &
  • platforms, conferences, leadership events, town halls, incentives and award ceremonies, and external
  • events)
  • Sourcing venues and activities including contract process with Legal team
  • Run hospitality assets including event calendar, ticketing, reporting and compliance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships and produce clear management briefs that include objectives, budget figures and communication activities
  • Work closely with parts of Culture, Engagement & Communications to ensure consistency of style and message reflecting the brand experience, look and feel
  • Ensure all presentations delivered comply with agreed corporate core messages, brand guidelines and house style
  • Ensure all event activity is effectively evaluated to support the improved effectiveness of future work
  • Delivering hybrid events

We tend to look for people with:

  • Experience of running corporate events in a corporate environment, collaborating across functions
  • Experience of working optimally with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working with diverse and geographically dispersed audiences
  • Demonstrable experience of working to the highest standards to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working on digital and hybrid events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to forge effective relationships with key customers across the business at all levels
  • Excellent judgement and prioritisation
