A global agribusiness company involved in grains trading is looking to appoint a Senior Execution Officer person for their Hungarian office in Budapest, reporting to the local Regional Execution Manager Central Europe.
Role Purpose Statement
Cargo Contract Execution and Coordination: accomplishing the duties to all processes involved in the contract execution - such as: planning, execution and control of movement, placement and quality of the goods, the supporting activities related to such movement and placement, together with the corresponding documentary flow until the contract has been fully performed with the aim to have the right goods at the right place and time at the lowest possible costs and with the minimum possible loss.
Execute any other task related to business, assigned by direct manager or department head.

Responsibilities:
Logistic and Cargo Contracts Execution and Coordination - To ensure the contracts full execution within the contractual clauses and budgeted costs.
Budgets and resources - To ensure effective cost control within budgets and resources utilization; good services quality over the price report; reduce quantity loss during storage, manipulation and transport
Inventories - To ensure effective cost control within budgets, good contractual quality of the inventories; reduce quantity loss and quality depreciation during storage, manipulation and transfer; mitigate the credit risks.
System & Documents - To ensure correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and documents issuance, filling and reporting.
Administration of ISCC and GMP+ certifications - To ensure traceability and evidence of ISCC, GMP+ goods together with complete and correct supporting documentation.
Procedures - To ensure compliance and implementation of COFCO Policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills & competencies:
Bachelor’s degree: min 5 years relevant experience.
Native in Hungarian and very good in English (written and spoken)
Sound knowledge of standard application software, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP system;
Good knowledge of local legislation and business practice;
Technical knowledge: Incoterms, Gafta / Fosfa Regulations, VAT applicability, manipulation and quality of grains & oilseeds, basic accounting (invoices, cost distribution).
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Autonomous, methodical and structured approach to work.
Dynamic, onnovative, organized and pro-active
Ability to find creative solutions,
Team player
