As a Senior Executive Assistant in our Business Assistant Team you will be supporting the senior tier executives of the firm within this fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Experience with professional executive client handling, ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Advanced executive diary management, production of accurate itineraries, strong awareness of expense systems and cost control initiatives
- Ability to apply good judgment and to manage competing priorities
- Strong, executive communication style both written and verbal with high degree of confidentially professionalism in English and German
- High level technical capabilities
- High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality results
- Solution-oriented team player with ability to act agile, when needed
- Very good understanding of financial sector environment and general polices

Responsibilities:
- Take care about diary management; include senior internal/external meetings, conference calls, as well as management of Off-Sites/Town Halls/Skip-Levels, senior board engagements
- Partner with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment booking and enable expense processing within policy,
- Escalate and enforce all Firmwide policies and ensure timely handover of required information
- Handle internal and external clients to include client facing interaction with senior public figures and officials across various industries globally plus the co-ordination of department scheduling & transactional activity
- Act on behalf of seniors with a strong degree of ownership, face off to wider support groups and partner with Business Management and other key business stakeholders across the company
- Work with our internal systems, complete accurate data entry, produce reporting, MIS and metrics, and collate information using MS Office suite as required
- Oversee distribution lists, technology usage and other administrational housekeeping
- Act as an integral part of the business, understand changeable group priorities and business expectation, and take appropriate action
- Partner with assistants across the team to provide coverage as required and build a global network
- Take ownership of additional projects and trainings
