BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Teams.
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
  • Thorough and accurate attention to detail in day-to-day activities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of executive admin support experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong collaboration with Administrative colleagues within the company
  • Lead and/or participate in administrative continuous improvement activities in order to simplify the work.
  • Advise partners on the best way of conducting administrative tasks.
  • Administer and be a SME of essential IS/IT administrative systems to increase efficiency in day to day. work, including meeting technology, SharePoint Online, etc.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency across a broad range of administrative tools, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization and externally.
  • Previous experience working with Sales and Marketing, Medical, HR, Facilities and Finance teams.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
