KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma with a minimum 3 years of administrative experience working in large organisations and fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • A team player
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Provide logistics support for WSQ programme, service related events from pre to post programme/events,
  • Good knowledge of SkillsFuture training programmes requirements and TP Gateway portal is a plus

Responsibilities:

ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Service Culture to provide administrative support for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procurement (Sourcing Request, raising of e-Purchase Requisition) and Processing of invoices
  • Filing and documentation, housekeeping of shared drive, ordering and receipt of supplies, maintenance / records of office equipment
  • Manage calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Manage inventory of training related products, corporate gifts, and corporate collateral; including sourcing of items
  • Update of selected content for website and intranet, and for onsite channels under the department’s charge
  • Handle phone calls, and mails to the department
  • Manage the general enquiries account and department email account, reply queries
  • Logistics support for WSQ Service programmes, service-related events from pre to post programmes/events
  • Any other assigned duties
