KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Good degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The incumbent will provide operational support to Pharmacy, including but not limited to Main Building Pharmacy, Kent Ridge Pharmacy, Medical Centre Pharmacy, KTP-NUCMI Pharmacy and NCIS Pharmacy. The incumbent will support process improvement initiatives, manage procurement of Capital and Operating budget items, harmonise department workflows, streamline processes and provide data analytics support, manage projects and deploy strategies to yield manpower productivity, implement framework or support the IT projects to improve patients’ experience.
He/She will work closely with the various Pharmacy Section In-Charge to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of Incredible Care to our patients and staff.
He/She will also support the Manager and Assistant Director in projects from inception to completion.
