THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors’ Community, and Therapy.
DESIGNATION : Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Information System/Management or any related discipline
  • Preferably minimum 4 years of professional experience in HRIS, prior experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Process-oriented, well-organised with excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, knowledge in people analytics tools and HR reporting solutions would be desirable, but not a must
  • A resourceful team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of THKMC’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), services, and applications. This role actively identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and user experience, and maximise technological capabilities to reduce manual processes. This role will also provide actionable insights through people analytics and execute strategies and governance on employee data management.
